Sonobello  is a company that performs laser and/or power assisted  liposuction while awake under local anesthesia in their offices.   It is the name of a corporation, not an actual procedure. Recently, some locations also offer  facial rejuvenation under similar circumstances. These can be cost-effective options for healthy patients that do not have other medical issues.  However, because of limitations due at the facilities and support  it is not a safe environment should something serious occur during the operation.  There are no  anesthesiologist available  or adequate medical support  if needed  should a critical situation arise.   As always, I recommend fully exploring the options and getting second opinions before proceeding with any serious operation.  Never compromise your safety for price.
