I have a large anatomical implant placed which strains my mentalis muscle. This happened before the implant as well but now it's a bit more exaggerated. I get botox in the area but am still unhappy with my lower thirds due to the deep labiomental fold and how my chin seems unbalanced despite the implant. Would you consider removing the implant for a genioplasty, or would the labiomental fold still pose an issue? Jaw implants? I know filler is an option, but I am hoping for a more permanent fix.
