It’s no secret in the cosmetic industry that men are one of the fastest growing demographics. This comes on the heels of a menaissance, or a bit of a reverse sexual revolution where it is more acceptable for men to maintain their strength, power and youth. 
With what had been a rather small demographic growing rapidly, problems began to arise when old habits and knowledge of female aesthetics were applied to men, especially with less experienced practitioners. There’s a very specific sexual dimorphism that exists between male and female faces that keep a man looking masculine and powerful and woman looking feminine and beautiful. The process of aging is also different and man, with a more linear aging timeline that follows a steady testosterone decline. 
Male skin is thicker than female skin with less subcutaneous fat. The slope of the forehead, hairline and browline are much more important factors in men, and the nose tends to follow a similar slope to the forehead with little to no upturn at the tip, as opposed to a female faces. The characteristic flat, strong browline of a man square up with full temples to create the full facial shape of the upper face that is often described as squared.
The jawline and chin are often the most focused on areas for men, as they are traditionally the source of power and masculinity, but this needs to be balanced with the entire lower face, midface and temples to create that squared and balanced look.
One of the most common areas that I have to fix on man is the midface and eyelid-cheek junction, where men tend to have their volume more towards the middle of their face as opposed to the outside, which is a feminizing characteristic, but often during cheek augmentation volume is placed in a more feminine manner. In these cases I am able to adjust the volume to create a more masculine lid-cheek junction and balance with the rest of the face.
Some of my most common procedures performed on men include simple wrinkle relaxing injections with a neuromodulator, using volume to masculinize the face, improving the skin with laser resurfacing, hair restoration with platelet rich plasma, and eyelid surgery, which is a very stealth but very high yield surgical procedure to perform.

Thank you for your question.  Overall you have a very masculine appearance to your face but I have found that my male clients appreciate the look that filler placement along the jawline affords them to build up their lower facial width and creating a more angled appearance.  Hope this helps 

A strong chin, prominent brows, well-defined angles of the jaw and appropriate cheek volume--more centrally located  (than lateral)--are all elements of a more anglular masculine face shape. From the photos provided, it would appear some augmentation of the chin, some strengthening of the posterior angles of the jaw, and a small amount of a volumizing filler placed centrally within the face (not laterally over the cheekbones, which would feminize a face) would help you to achieve what you are looking for in about twenty minutes, would likely engender an immediate "Wow!" response, and would be unlikely to necessitate any significant downtime. In my Upper East Side Manhattan office, I would opt for Voluma XC for treating the hollowness of the inner cheeks and for defining and strengthening the posterior angles of the jaw, and Restylane Lyft for the chin.  (In my Israel satellite facility, where a far greater number of regulatory agency approved fillers and volumizers are available, I would choose Stylage XXL for the cheeks, Emervel Volume for the jawline, and Hyaluronica 2 for the chin).I would strongly urge you to consult and seek treatment with a board certified aesthetic physician with experience and expertise in treating the male face. All of the procedures you have mentioned (facial implants and rhinoplasty) would be of benefit. To determine which ones have the most benefit for you requires computer imaging to be done show the different changes. Probably the combination of cheek-infraorbital implants and rhinoplastyhave the highest value with the shape of your face.

Hi, I have performed many facial shaping procedures over the past 30 years. Based upon the beauty principles outlined in my book on face and body beauty, men look chiseled and handsome with angularity in the cheeks, chin and mandibular angles. From the photos, your cheeks are flat anteriorly (in the front), the chin is weak as are the mandibular angles and the nasal tip is wide. A weak chin creates an imbalance making the nose appear larger, the mid face top heavy and the lower face look short that de-emphasizes the lips and allows early formation of a double chin. Chin augmentation using a chin implant will add projection to the chin creating harmony and balance to the lower face. I have found that placement of a silastic chin implant, through a small curved incision under the chin (also allows excess skin removal) to be very safe, quick and highly effective.The following procedures would create a more ruggedly handsome face.Cheek augmentation with cheek implants to add angularity to the cheeks and mid face. Chin augmentation, using a chin implant, to add projection to the chin creating harmony and balance to the lower face.Augmentation of the mandibular angles using a dermal filler (jaw implants have too many unwanted side effects IMHO) to add volume, angularity and flare to the jaw line.Rhinoplasty to thin and refine the nasal tip.Hope this helps.

All your facial features look masculine. I can think of no surgery that would enhance that general appearance. Perhaps shaving your head would add another masculine trait to your appearance.
