My right cheek is much larger than my left when I smile and creates this bulge under my right eye.. Is there any way to fix this without surgery? The assymmetry bothers me a lot.

Thanks for your question and photographs.  Your asymmetry is quite mild but if it bothers you then the only non surgical way to address it is with dermal filler injections.  Arrange a consultation with a fully qualified plastic surgeon to discuss your options.

The fuller right cheek is most likely extra fat deposit in the area.  There is not good treatment for this.  Surgically removing the fat is one option, which you probably do not want.  One new possibility is mesotherapy.  The medication is injected to the fat, which causes melting of the fat.  Gentle mesotherapy may get you what you are looking for.  Good luck,Alex Kim, MD
