Dear jinx40,Thank you for your question. You should not have to request where to get your Botox injected. Any reputable, experienced injector should be able to deliver the results you want based on your anatomy. Usually this can be achieved with with targeted injections to the lateral periorbital region. Hello and thank you for your question. To get a brow lift, have your injector place the Botox high up on your forehead, but keeping it between the arches of the brows. This will leave the lateral portions of the frontalis muscle active and therefore give your brows a lift. Injecting into the glabellar muscle (frown lines) will further help in the effect as well. In addition to that, placing a couple units into the orbicularis octi, right at the tail of the brows, will reduce the pull-down effect and therefore lift them up. Best of luck!
Botox can be used to achieve a temporary brow lift. In order to this you must inject the the central forehead area, the frown line area, and the crows feet area. This will result in a subtle and elegant brow lift. I suggest consulting with an expert injector/facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer.
This is difficult to answer without pictures. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist or plastic surgeon to discuss your desired results and Botox placement. Hope this helps.
Hello and thank you for your question. Thebest advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation. Botox can be carefully injected into the superior portion of the orbicularis muscle in order to produce a slight lift of the lateral brow. Make sure you specifically lookat before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgeryperformed by your surgeon and evaluate their results. The mostimportant aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommendthat you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon whocan evaluate you in person.Best wishes and good luck.Richard G. Great and often asked question ! Injecting the frown lines and a few units at the outer part of the brow will be effective. Injecting under the brow closer to the center is fraught with danger as it can cause upper lid weakness if it seeps down toward the eye. Seek out an experienced provider.
Great question! It is best to have an experienced injector perform Botox or Dysport injections after reviewing the contour of your face. Most glabellar (in between the eyebrow) Botox or Dysport injections also include a lateral brow lift just above the eyebrow to help better shape and lift the brow. Hope this helps!Nikki Stoker, PA-C, MPAS
If you see a well trained and experienced professional they will know how to give you a mini brow lift with botox. It is usually injected under the lateral corner of the brow but we have to carefully analyse the face and place it precisely in the correct location to give nicely arched and lifted eyebrows.Hope that helps.Good luck!Dr. Uzma Quraishi.Board certified Internist Brandywine MedspaKennett Square.
So 1-2 units under the lateral corner of the brow will easily and safely lift the brow corners. The only thing is that it is an unnatural look as it tends to make you look scowling and angry. A better place to put it is under the junction between the middle 2/3 and lateral 1/3 of the brow. This creates a natural 'kind eyes' brow shape.
Botox is often used to help achieve a subtle brow lift. Visit with an experienced injector and discuss your treatment goals. Your injector will know where to place the product to help accomplish this look.
Hello and thank you for your question. Yes Botox can help with tension in your jaw as well as preventing the wrinkles around your mouth from worsening or becoming static. It is hard to say exactly what the treatment plan will be without seeing you in person, but I have treated people with thi...
This is unlikely due to your Botox treatment. If it persists, I recommend following up with your Doctor. Botox results resolve in 3-4 months. Best, Dr. Emer
Thanks for your question. If you are concerned about the depression on your forehead you could have some fillers put in there to even out the forehead or you could have someone inject diluted Sculptra which over time could build some collagen in that area and fill in the depressions. I hope this...
