There is minoxidil foam that can cause hair regrowth and finasteride tablets to take orally but they do have some side effects and you will need to see a physician to get that prescribed and to see if you are an ideal candidate for that. You can try Platelet rich plasma therapy that can stimulate hair growth and prevent further hair loss but you need to get a proper consultation with a board certified physician to see if it may help you or not. You need a combination of few procedures to address the different problems in the skin that you are experiencing.

The first step should be to clear the pores and prevent further acne that eventually leads to acne scars and skin texture problems. Isolaz is a laser that can address enlarged pores and kills acne forming bacteria that sits deep in the skin. You may need 4-6 treatments every 2-4 weeks to achieve clear skin and reduction in pore size. Then you can start a regimen of microneedling to address skin texture problems. It helps to minimize scarring caused by previous acne and it stimulates new collagen formation. You need to be patient as these treatments take several weeks to start showing results. We recomment 4-6 sessions of microneedling 4 weeks apart for acne scarring. Since you have only done 2 treatments its too early to see response. I would recommend microneedling to be done by Skinpen which is the only FDA approved pen in the market with really good results. I hope it helps and good luck

If the pain occured within few days after the injection it could be from bruising. You should follow up with your physician to have a proper examination to make sure there are no signs of infection.

Thanks for sharing the picture and asking this question. Its very common to get sagging as a result of aging process due the effect of gravity and genetics. Although these changes are happening slowly over time we may notice these suddenly. We lose a certain amount of collagen each year as we get older. There are several ways to stimulate the collagen including microneedling with or without PRP or platelet rich plasma but it may take 3-4 treatments spaced 3-4 weeks apart to see significant improvement. Alternatively a liquid facelift where a precise amout of filler is injected in the cheeks and nasolabial folds and jowls can achieve a nice facelift and reverse sagging. There are laser treatments available as well but results are variable and hence microneedling and fillers are the better and cost effective options for you.

If the line is not very deep it can be corrected with botox especially in younger patients. You can try botox first to see if it helps but if it does not go away completely then the other option is filler but fillers in this area have serious complications due to blood vessels in this area.
