Hello, Thanks for sharing your query. The post liposuction pigmentation are common and normal process of resolution of bruises. Sometimes there may be Dermal hemosidrin deposits. These take between 6mo to a year to resolve. If any residual pigmentation present you can undergo laser. Followup with your surgeon.
