8 weeks post lipo, abdominal bulge is improving from my 6 week pic, but still varies day to day. Hoping it’s not permanent?

You need more liposuction or non invasive treatments there is more fat there. maybe have swelling that can be reduced with body treatments such a vanquish and coolsculpting, massaging and compression can also help.  Best, Dr. Emer.

What you are experiencing may be due to persistent swelling, which will resolve on its own in the next coming months. Be sure to follow your surgeon's instructions to prevent complications. 

Hello Paige. It is difficult to tell without examining you in person.  Generally, it takes 3-6 months to see the final results after liposuction.  Swelling is common and it takes time for it to resolve and skin to contract.  After 3-4 months, you should have a good idea of how things will ultimately look.  I would be sure to see your surgeon regularly to discuss your concerns.  Occasionally, a minor revision procedure is need to even out any asymmetries that may be present.  Best of luck!
