Hello Paige. It is difficult to tell without examining you in person. Generally, it takes 3-6 months to see the final results after liposuction. Swelling is common and it takes time for it to resolve and skin to contract. After 3-4 months, you should have a good idea of how things will ultimately look. I would be sure to see your surgeon regularly to discuss your concerns. Occasionally, a minor revision procedure is need to even out any asymmetries that may be present. Best of luck!
