From your photos I can assure you there is a change.  In fact, I think you will probably have a very nice result.  Your tip is going to be much more refined.  You have fairly thick skin so it will take time.  Even though we tell patients that it can take an entire year for swelling to go down, obviously that fact is hard to fathom until you have actually had surgery.  So...it is way to early to tell what the final result is going to look like.  Hang in there...

As stated below, it is simply too early to tell. Your swelling will go down over the next several months, so patience is key. Best of luck as you continue to heal! 

It is still very early to be guessing what the final result is so you should try not to worry. From the photos I can see a definite change in the shape of the tip and it appears to be a good result so far, just let the healing continue and you will start to see more differences as time goes on and swelling continues to subside.

It is too early to see the final result and swelling will take a long time to subside. You have to be patient. Good luck.
