I've had 1/2 syringe of Voluma each side laterally on upper cheeks as well as PDO threads to address nasolabial lines but overall my face still looks tired when at rest. I feel like the only thing that would really address this is to give the face an overall vertical lift. I don't really have skin laxity. It's more the fat pads underneath. Can you tell me the different mid-face lifts that are out there, which is least invasive or which will give the most vertical lift?

A lower face/neck lift makes such a dramatic improvement and is easy to undergo under local with a little iv sedation for roughly $12,000 for quality work and look so natural. It is worth traveling to get the results you want and get it done safely.
Tumescent local is such a great anesthesia for face/neck lifts and if supplemented with a little iv sedation for complete comfort is the ideal way to do them. It is so much safer and easy to undergo with minimal complications .
