You look great! I'm happy to hear that you love the Vivace treatments. For maintenance treatments, if you are doing it for fine lines/ anti-aging, then 4 treatments yearly may be sufficient. Some patients love the Vivace + PRP treatments so much they do it every 3 months, but i think ultimately it really depends on your skin type and your budget. Goretti H. Taghva MD FACS
Hello! Wow! You look great. We love Vivace too. The typical patient does three treatments initially, spaced one month apart, then maintenance once or twice a year. Each of these can be plus or minus PRP. However, there is no possibility of overdoing it, and we do have patients who like to get ongoing quarterly Vivace treatments. I hope this helps! - Dr. Brown
Thank you for your question and picture. After the initial series, I will see many of my Vivace patients every 3 to 6 months for a onesie treatment. Having said that, I have signed up some patients right away for a second series, if they have a lot of correction that they still need. . You look amazing, happy and self confident! I think you look great for your age and am guessing that you are already doing other aesthetic maintenance treatments.Wishing you further success on your aesthetic journey, Dr. Bonakdar
This is a great question. There is no formal guideline for Vivace maintenance treatment mainly because it depends on what you're trying to achieve (or maintain). In my practice, after a series of 3 Vivaces one month apart, I recommend the 4th treatment 3 months later. For maintenance, I recommend one treatment every 4-6 months. Also consider adding PRP to your treatment for additional benefits. I'm so glad you love Vivace, we love it too!!
In my practice I recommend a maintenance every 3-6 months. The frequency of the treatments depends on your skin condition, your age, and your needs. It is a good idea to discuss your maintenance with your provider. A good skin care protocol to follow at home is very important in enhancing your results and protecting your skin from further environmental damage.
There is no absolute guideline for the number of treatments for RF microneedling, but there are factors to consider. What are you using it for? If it is for skin tightening and radiance, typically 3 treatments every year can suffice. Again, it is individualized, and if you're using PRP or stem cells, it can vary as well. Some people love the results so much, they do more than the 3 treatments. Maintenance should be yearly.
The Vivace is a much more sophisticated type of microneedling, mostly because it combines it with RF, and even blue or red light therapy. I usually recommend deeper depth on the needles than 1mm, I think it can go to 3 or 3.5mm deep. Not everyone bleeds after the procedure,...
No, this should not increase facial hair growth. I do recommend combining microneedling with prp and lasers to get the best outcomes. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
Infini is a popular treatment, but I prefer Intensif because the needles are non-insulated and it gives more robust results. I always combine microneedling with prp, Cosmelan, fillers and lasers to get the best outcomes. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
Unfortunately, much of the hype, marketing and advertising for many of the so-called "next big thing," relatively expensive bells and whistles devices, whether light or energy-based (and Vivace combines LED light with radiofrequency microneedling), remains largely unproven and backed more by ...
It is normal to have redness after microneedling for a few days and this is due to inflammation and histamine release. If it doesn't resolve in a few days, please consult your Doctor. PDT therapy can improve inflammation. We suggest all patients follow up with facials like Silk Peel De...
