Tattooed areas and microbladed eyebrows should not have microneedling done in those areas. Microneedling will affect the dispersion of the pigment and create an uneven look.
HA fillers are natural and at 18, your face structure has fully formed so they would not be detrimental. Yes there is maintenance, but if they are done in the right way, they should not age you. The fillers need to provide a natural effect, nothing dramatic. A good injector will understand the anatomy and structure of your face and determine where and how much of the filler needs to be placed.
You can have HA fillers, but be aware of the Tyndall effect, which is a bluish hue that can occur. This depends on the placement of the filler and your skin color. An advanced injector will be able to counsel you on this. Since there are different HA fillers, some are better in certain area of the face than others. But HA fillers are a great way to fill the hollows and reduce the appearance of dark circles.
Different wavelengths and energy and depths are used with Rf microneedling. Inquire what settings were used for you. Treatments should be spaced a minimum of 4 weeks. Getting it done after only a week does not offer any advantage, in fact, the skin may not have fully healed and you can reverse the positive initial effects. Getting 3 treatments spaced 4 weeks apart would be best as you will notice more of a difference over that period of time.
I would recommend RF microneedling with proper after-care with high quality skin products. i use organic stem cell and CBD skin care. Be cautious of laser treatments as they can lead to hyperpigmentation, though they can still be very beneficial. I use Erbium laser. I would recommend stem cells or PRP with RF microneedling (Vivace or secret RF or Infini as examples). I use the Vivace and have had nice results with PRP and growth factors. It would take a few treatments and they are individualized for each person and their skin type and color.
