My gum is a little white/pale, 3 months after crown attached to my dental implant. Any suggestions?

I had a crown screwed onto the implant 3 months ago, The Dentist had to tighten it and the gum was very white. She said it would get better, and it has. However, it is still a little white/pale. Should it be pink/red and does this mean that the gum is not getting enough blood flow? Is this bad, or okay and there won't be any permanent damage? Thank you.

I would not be worried about this.  As long as the tissues do not bleed and there is no pain, then your crown and tissues should be fine.  If you are overly concerned have your restorative dentist evaluate it for you.

It's often the case that the very crest of the gum can be thin and even translucent around the neck of the implant.  This area can appear gray or whitish.  Provided you haven't seen any recession of the gum, there's no discomfort and the implant/crown doesn't appear to have mobility, it's probably fine. If you have concerns it might be worth a quick appointment for the doc to look at it.  Also, you can point this out and ask at your next dental cleaning and exam.

After 3 months, the gum should be getting enough blood flow or it will have necrosed and sloughed off. So you should be fine. Don't worry about the coloring too much, there should be no damage. Pink gums are always healthier than red gums, and the color of yours does not reflect an unhealthy, red or bloody gum. They will become a little more pink over time.

When a crown is cemented/screwed to an implant, sometimes pressure of the crown can cause the gum to get slightly lighter/pale. Once the pressure is released the gums can return back to a pale pink. You don't want your gums to get red or bleed, because that can mean irritation, which you will then need to see your dentist for. However, pale/pink gums are perfectly normal after this procedure.
