I have been a dental patient with Dr. Sage for years now. Since it has expanded to a medical esthetics office, I knew I had to try out their services. I have received numerous facials and peels. If it wasn't for the facials and peels, my skin would not be under control! I thought that I also had to try out the dysport. It was my first time doing it and it was amazing. The nurse practitioner listened to my wants and needs and guided me through the procedure. My forehead looks marvelous! No more wrinkles for me. Can't wait to make another appointment.
I'm getting married in August and was finding my teeth looking dull and yellow. I visited Dr Saghezchi and learned not only that they do zoom but have a variety of aesthetic procedures. I was so pleased to find that I could get my smile brightened but also have fillers, hydra facials and even veneers in this practice. My zoom treatment went very smooth and my smile was several shades whiter after the treatment. I also visited Sahar and her great team for a hydra facial and am absolutely hooked! I even booked to have my makeup done by Sahar for my wedding. If beauty is your goal, I definitely recommend this practice to help you to look and feel your absolute best!
I believe for your receding hair line you would be a good candidate for PRP injections. A series of 3-6 treatments spaced out every 4-6 weeks apart would give you good results. It is best to start sooner to increase the current hair you have and stimulate hair growth in the areas that are thinning.
Hello and thank you for sharing your photo. You can have 2 options to correct your smile. The first would be to opt for orthodontics/braces to push out the right side and even it out. The second is porcelain veneers which will esthetically correct and even out the two sides. Many patients will correct the initial issue with orthodontics and then if the teeth are not esthetically where they want them to be, opt for cosmetic dentistry and porcelain veneers.
I believe that you will get great results by combining your micro-needling treatments with PRP. The PRP can be injected into the areas that areas that are depressed, increasing the collagen production and stimulation, resulting in a smoother texture. This can essentially "fill" those divets. In my practice, we have a number of techniques that are used specifically for treating acne scarring. Going deep enough on those particular areas will be important as well as the combination of PRP. You can expect smoother texture, tone and correction with 3-4 treatments. Some patients require 4-6 treatments.
You can absolutely get porcelain veneers to correct the "triangle" as well as the chip on your teeth.Finding a good, Accredited Member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, is going to be key in making sure that doing 4 will look natural and can be easily blended into the rest of your smile. Now days, porcelain veneers are not as thick and "bulky" like how people may think of them. Very minimal prepping can be done to save as much of your natural tooth without needing to shave the entire tooth down. I think you are a great candidate for porcelain veneers and will get a great result.
Both are great treatments. Clear and Brilliant is a laser skin rejuvenating system, where as Micro-Needling is a non-laser skin rejuvenating treatment that will target fine lines, wrinkles, skin texture, complexion, pore size etc. In my experience and opinion, I prefer Micro-Needling treatments over laser treatments, unless a patient has severe pigmentation issues they are looking to correct/address. Micro-Needling with PRP is the favored way to get your Micro-Needling treatment done as the plasma really increases the collagen production and your result. Down time with micro-needling is typically about 3 days. PRP allows for a faster recovery as it promotes healing. It is best to stay out of the direct sun for 24-48 hours after your treatment and to apply sun block throughout the day.
