Dear mari: The only constant thing in life is change. I can see in the photo you provided that your left central incisor sticks out slightly more than the right one. There is, unfortunately, no way for me to evaluate the situation without X-rays and a proper examination. As we age, teeth do change position over time. It is normal yet undesirable. On the other hand, many times when teeth move there could be a periodontal problems associated with that movement. It is best to go back to your dentist and have him/her take X-rays and evaluate the situation. If this is a movement of teeth what happened due to just getting older over time, a simple Invisalign orthodontic treatment can push the teeth back into proper position. Once that is done you can wear a retainer at night to maintain that position forever. I have seen plenty situations as yours before, and as I said, the easiest thing to do is to reposition the teeth with Invisalign. Do not rush to remove the crowns and remake them if there are no other problems such as decay or perio disease. Please see your dentist and suggest what I have explained in this answer.Best wishes,
