Neuromodulators (such as Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, and Jeuveau) and soft tissue fillers like Belotero can improve the appearance of the forehead by reducing lines, wrinkles and folds. Deeper lines and wrinkles need a combination approach with Botox, fillers, lasers, and microneedling/PRP. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to develop a treatment plan that works for you. Best, Dr. Emer
Hello dlitzenA Brow Lift (also known as a Forehead Lift or an Upper Face Lift) is a surgical procedure designed to lift the brow and eliminate wrinkles on the forehead. People with droopy or sagging brows can have a sad, angry, or tired appearance; a brow lift can make that person look more happy and energetic.
Thank you for your question. Yes, a brow lift can reposition the brow to reduce the creases and your forehead and eliminate a sagging brow. I suggest that you move forward and consult with a board certified facial plastic surgeon to discuss your candidacy.Best wishes,
A browlift is a surgery with multiple different techniques to improve the position of the eyebrows relative to the forehead and eye socket, or orbit. it may also help to smooth the wrinkles of the forehead and the vertical lines in between the eyebrows as well. Be sure to discuss your options in consultation with a specialistand best of luck to you.
The short answer is "yes": a browlift *could* help reduce both vertical and horizontal forehead lines. It depends on the technique that is used. You should discuss this in detail with your surgeon to see if he or she performs these types procedures. In addition, adjunct/post-surgery use of Botox injections can be used to further enhance the end result. The most important thing is to find an experienced surgeon who is comfortable with these treatments.
A full set of forehead photographs are required to make a determination about even being a candidate for the procedure. The vertical lines between the eyebrows can be improved with a brow lift, since the corrugator muscles are softened and divided that cause those wrinkles. Fascia grafts can also be placed between the muscle of the dermis to help with this issue of dermal atrophy between the eyebrows. For many examples of eyebrow lifts, please see the link and the video below

Generally a brow lift does just what it says, and only lifts the brows. Most lines in the forehead area can be relaxed with Botox or Dysport. Consult with a board certified plastic surgeon for the best options.
Thank you for the photos! Based in what I am seeing, I am not sure you need any of the procedures you have listed.I would be more than happy to evaluate in person or even chat by phone.
