I honestly can't work right and never want to take my shirt off because of my condition that I have tissue and makes my chest look like a boob it's honestly so depressing to be like this I've had this since I was in 8th grade, please if there's a way some doctor can help me for cheap it would really help a lot

Thankfully, there is a surgical solution to your problem. Costs are going to vary by state and surgeon. My best advice would be for you to visit the American Society of Plastic Surgeons website and find the board certified plastic surgeons in your area. Then call the ones whose work you like best for a quote and consultation. Many offices offer financing options so make sure to ask about that as well. Hope this helps.
