How realistic are my breast goals, given what I'm starting with?

My dream breasts are those of Alexandra Daddario, Sydney Sweeney and Emily Ratajkowski. However from what I can find online, their breasts are natural. I'm 5'10, 145 pounds, size 34D (but they don't look very big due to my frame, which has broad shoulders and hips). They're reasonably perky. Neither wide or close set. Could breast implants ever give me that full but very natural look those women have? Would combining implants with fat transfer help achieve this? Thank you

Based on your photo, I believe you could be a candidate for breast augmentation with the aid of a tissue expander. Although the size of your breasts are more of an aesthetic issue, it is unlikely for a large implant to be placed at the time of the initial surgery...

Sizing during your pre-operative appointment will give you a pretty accurate estimate as to what you will look like after your breast augmentation procedure. This method is not perfect; however, your size should not throw off the sizers at all.
