Thank you for your question. Having silicone gel implants placed under the muscle can look and feel very natural. You can have a discussion with your Surgeon of your choice to discuss what your goals are. Adding an implant doesn't have to be for a major size increase, it can be done to just add fullness, firmness and just better shape. I recommend an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and be measured. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants, and they choose what looks right for them. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Unfortunately, you have not provided photographs. However, at size 34D you have a lot to start with. You may need a breast lift and the technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. I would need photographs to give you a more accurate answer.

I would suggest meeting with a board certified plastic surgeon, being examined and measured, and discussing your options for your body. Even with surgery, you are not those women and may still not look like them.
