Does $5,500 seem like a fair price for PRP/Stem cell/Acell procedure?

In my opinion there is no need to add A cell to PRP.  When adding A cell there is additional trauma and the possibility of swelling and more downtime. In addition there is an additional  possibility for a  allergic reaction as well as  shock loss from the pressure of the extra A cell. Thank you for your question. 5,500$ seems very expansive if he is using Acell and PRP . It should be within 2200-2800$ range taking into consideration that he is going to do micro needling and vitamin injection alone with PRP and Acell. If he uses placental stem cells , then 5500$ is a reasonable but still on higher side. 

Acell is ineffective and does not work.The cost would depend on the type and amount of PRP obtained but seems reasonable for a volume of 24ml of PRP which should provide enough for an entire scalp.

I think all you need is PRP and this can bring down your cost to about $1900.  You will probably need 1-2 sessions. Good luck!
