If there are indeed subtle changes to the appearance of the bottom of your nose after multiple attempts at septal piercing, it may be best to just leave it alone. Most likely you have injured the medial crura. The base of the medial crura are widening outward, your nose is collapsing and the tip is wide. You will need a septo cartilage graft to increase the tip projection and refinement of the tip as well as pulling the medial crura together.
