Septum piercing caused trauma to cartilage tip and columella (Photo)

Fabulous633921
I tried to pierce my septum multiple times in the span of a month without thinking of real consequences, I know. It was fine at first but then I pierced higher up in cartilage twice and then I took it out, was still in tact, but once it started to heal day by day, the bottom cartilage of my nose tip and columella seems to retract, but also detach the cartilage and cause my nose to become wider and appear a lot shorter. Also seems deviated. Nostrils show more and are less round and more oval now.
