Would another minor adjustment to otoplasty put me at risk for an unnatural look or keloids? (photos)

I first had otoplasty done by an amazing plastic surgeon in Perth who always puts his patients first, and very happy with the results. I went back a few years later to have a minor adjustment. I would love my surgeon to perform another minor surgery to adjust them back more. I feel they are ‘growing’ and would like them set back just a little bit, but wondering if it would create an ‘unnatural look’ or keloids were a risk? He ‘adjusted’ them slightly and I would be happy for him to do the same
