I got otoplasty surgery in 2011 in Thailand, the last couple of months my ear where the work was done is on and off sensitive, bit pain last day, find uncomfortable sleeping on my left ear. It might be nothing, but i am worried, the pain the last day could be because I was touching to see what part was sensitive, any help would be greatly appreciated. I do get physio on my neck, up to my ear, but they don't touch my ear, so not sure if could be that.

What you have been advised is not a good solution. I recommend our minimally invasive Dr Merck stitch method. All you need to do is insert a non-absorbable thread into the upper end of the ear.
