Procedure advice to balance/enhance my face?

Question

Any advice on procedures to balance/enhance my face? Rhinoplasty would be the main one going from a long hooked deviated nose to something more broad and defined. My face is quite soft / round as well not helping balance my face - undefined jawline as a result.

You would benefit from a rhinoplasty.  Your tip needs to be refined, the dorsal hump needs to be removed, and the angle needs to be changed slightly.

Maneuvers for your surgery would include dorsal hump reduction, tip refinement, nasal tip deprojection, tip elevation, among other maneuvers. Goals of rhinoplasty surgery may be to remove your dorsal hump, lift your tip, and narrow your nose, for a less distracting and masculine nasal appearance.
