Although it is a casual photo, it appears your eyes are heavier, and a procedure to lift the eyebrows, and possibly the eyelids, would be best to give you the most feminine and bright appearance.It is very important to evaluate your surgeon carefully, and look at before and after photos of patients who have similar features and ages to you.Since you are young, there are other less-invasive options other than surgery such as Botox and fillers to improve the upper face.  Consider these options as well.  Good luck!

You have asked a very open ended question.  If I were doing a consult with you, I would hand you a mirror and ask that you describe what you don't like about your appearance.  You are a very attractive woman and what you don't like others would say is attractive.  That being said, from your photo, your left brow seems to be lower and flatter than your right (this may be due to your facial expression though).  If it is truly that way, a brow lift could give you better symmetry and position.  Your nose also appears to be somewhat wide with a widened tip.  This could be made more narrow with a rhinoplasty.  In general, Botox can help make people look younger and in people with very strong facial muscles (causing thick bulges or wrinkles), can make them more attractive.Again, these are general statements and your doctor and you would need to discuss your specific desires, and after an examination by a board certified plastic surgeon, determine what modalities could improve those areas of concern.
