I am a 39F and am looking for a permanent solution for my square face. I had 1 vial of filler a few years ago spread between my cheeks and chin. II loved the look of it but I want a permanent solution. I don't want to do filler my whole life. IMy skin has become a bit loose under my jawline recently creating a chin shadow so I know at some point I'll probably need a neck lift and lower face lift but it may be too early for that. Basically I know that Im going to be combatting a square face for most of my life with aging even after I have lift procedures so Im looking for a long term solution to a more heart shaped face Procedures Ive done: Filler (once), fat transfer to cheeks and under eyes (didnt retain), morpheus laser 3x over past 2.5 years, I just started doing red light therapy at home a month ago. I have a pro series Light Stim. My filler was really subtle but it made a big difference. I don't like paying for filler though and I don't want to do this my whole life. Ive read about genioplastys but this sounds scary and intense. What are my permanent options? Thanks
