I see doctors say permanent because you want a permanent solution but I have read studies (one by Rosen) about there being no difference. I have also read that permanent can get infected over time. For those that use permanent is it because you have had DR fail with dissolving? And for those that use dissolving is it because you have seen infections? Pic of DR attached
