I'm looking for ways to decrease my central incisor show and correct the triangular appearance of my mouth. I've seen a lot of before and afters of permalip implants and the womens mouths appear more uniform horizontally. They seem straighter and gives the illusion of wider (less pointy and narrow) upper lip. I know I am a candidate for a corner lip lift, but I want less tooth show and to correct that infantile look before considering adding the corner scar.
