Lip implants or lip lift? (Photo)

Question

I have a very thin upper lip— practically no vermillion border shows. I am looking for a permanent solution for my lips, so I do not want fillers. What would yield the best results? I want proportional lips and a top lip, especially when I smile. I really like Millie Bobby Brown’s lips, but I don’t think that would be attainable for me. Either way, I appreciate any feedback or advice.

I recommend a lip lift.  A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners.

You have a nice upper lip with Cupids bow and white roll, but the proportion of the upper lip to lower lip can be improved. Without the benefit of a clinical exam, I would recommend an upper lip lift. This would increase the amount of pink :show" to the upper lip.

Thank you for your question and posting appropriate pictures. You seem to be a good candidate for Permalip implants. Course injections are an option, however, if you are looking for permanent solution fat injection or Permalip implants are the only two options.  Is this time is consultation for measurements as well as discuss options as you’re not a good candidate for a lip lift.
