Hello, I have thin lips (especially in profile) and would like more volume and overall size, but permanently, without having to rely on fillers. I have a short filtrum so I don’t want to get a lip lift. I had a consultation with a surgeon who suggested either a v-to-the-y lip advancement or an alloderm lip implant. Which would be better? With implants I’m concerned they will feel strange or look too unnatural. The first two photos are my lips and the last two are my goal. I have a short philtrum so a lip lift isn’t for me
