Lip reconstruction - what type of surgeon should I be looking for? (Photo)

I have a deformed upper lip. It almost look like I had that start of what would have become a cleft lip. When lips are together there is a triangle gp where the lip lifts upward and inward. Im not sure what type of surgeon I should be looking for, someone who does reconstruction, lip implants or ??? Any help would be greatly appreciated. (Fillers, done by many people including a plastic surgeron, have not worked. This picture is 2 weeks post filler and this is the best anyone has done yet.)

This looks like something that can be addressed even in the office as an outpatient - come and go. We would use local anesthesia and correct the lip issue.  Dissolvable sutures are used.

Unfortunately, it is impossible to give you any specific advice as to what to do from a picture.  The picture does not show what the lip does with muscular movement or what the tissues feel like.  It also seemed to show a step off the vermilion border of the lower lip just under the edge of the prominence of the upper lip.  All of this needs to be evaluated by a plastic surgeon with significant experience in both the cosmetic treatment of the lips as well as reconstructive problems of the lip and understands the anatomy thereof intimately.  I can think of a number of things that could have caused this and a number of things that could be done to improve it, but an in person examination would be absolutely essential before deciding what the problem is and, thus, a treatment option.
