I recently had double jaw surgery, I've had a buccal fat removal done already in the past and I still have this part of my face that I really dislike seeing. what is it called ? & How do I permanently get rid of these ?

I have been treating people with this problem for decades. Most people develop them with aging. But, some young people seem to have a family trait predisposition for developing them early on. Uusally, this issue develops secondary to the loss of fat above and to the rear of the folds. So, it is possible that the buccal fat removal procedure aggravated this. Surgical removal runs the risk for the subsequent development of stretch scars and even tram track stitch marks. In the hands of skilled, experienced filler injector, however, an appropriately robust HA lifting filler, properly injected can help to elevate and straighten the folds with immediate, on-the-spot results.
