What can I do to have less of a bottom heavy face? (Photo)

I really don't like my face shape. I would like it to be more heart shape. I don't want to do buccal fat removal- that's out of the question. I already have cheek filler.

If by the crease you are referring to the indentation immediately below the lower lid that becomes more prominent when smiling, then an appropriate HA filler can address this issue quite nicely. You would be wise to consult with a board certified cosmetic dermatologist injector and best of luck.
