I want to get a cheek augmentation. I want to get a bone graft on one side to make my cheekbone match the other. I think I have a slight deformity (maybe due to my diagnosis of klippel feil syndrome). I'm really insecure about my facial sag I think this would help. But I want a bone graft because I feel like it would look and feel most natural, and I don't think I want a fat graft because I want the area to feel sharp like a cheekbone. And I'm scared of pillow face from implants or fat graft. I want a cheek augmentation but I don't want my smile lines to become more prominent because of it. I see a lot of cheek implants and it almost always looks like the cheeks look chubbier which I don't want, I don't want pillow face in the slightest and im very afraid of that outcome. I also personally want both sides to feel equally sharp. Would the best idea for this be a bone graft to make the sides equal, and a slight fat transfer on both sides to help sagging? Can it be done in one procedure
