Can an oral and maxillofacial surgeon perform a lip lift procedure? Or is it something that only a plastic surgeon can do?! If both are equally capable of doing it, Who do you think might give me a better result with this kind of procedure specifically? Thanks in advance.

Thank you for your photo because it demonstrates a point that everyone who thinks they need a lip lift should know about. Your upper lip does seem to be long in height, but your upper teeth are much longer. In your situation a lip lift would make you look worse as there would more exaggerated...
Thank you for the great photo with your mouth slightly open. You don't show any upper teeth and I would say that the height of your upper lip is between 17 mm to 21 mm more than the ideal 15 mm. It would be good to measure between the base of your columella and the vermillion in the midline....
