Bottom teeth show, droopy lip - what is the solution? (photo)

Dear RS doctors, I have lip incompetence and will most likely undergo chin & maxillary surgery due to skeletal disharmony. I was wondering, however, if that addresses the following problem (or if there are any other methods that do). As you can see, my lower lip droops significantly when at rest, and my bottom teeth show quite a lot. I'm 28, and am not yet experiencing major droopiness of facial skin. Could you please give me your expert opinion on my case? I really appreciate it. All the best!

Based on your pictures your philtral length does seems excessive, and you could benefit from a central lip lift. You otherwise have excellent definition of your lips with a near ideal proportion of upper lip to lower lip vermilion show. I would not recommend fillers at this time. Keep in m...
