Thank you for the great photo with your mouth slightly open. You don't show any upper teeth and I would say that the height of your upper lip is between 17 mm to 21 mm more than the ideal 15 mm. It would be good to measure between the base of your columella and the vermillion in the midline. Therefore I think you are a good candidate for a lip lift as it would help you show more upper teeth. The only thing is that it will not lessen the prominence of the cupid's bow. The prominent cupid's bow can be improved by injection of filler like Restylane Silk just above the white line of the upper lip, but this will lengthen the upper lip. This is why the lip lift would be done first and then if need be the filler could be placed judiciously to invert the lip. Sorry about the complicated answer. Based on your pictures your philtral length does seems excessive, and you could benefit from a central lip lift. You otherwise have excellent definition of your lips with a near ideal proportion of upper lip to lower lip vermilion show. I would not recommend fillers at this time. Keep in m...
