I still see some bulge on the back of my head after lipoma removal today, is it skin? (photos)

Dear Sir, I had lipoma removed thru local anesthesia today, it was located in the area on the back of the head and neck, according to the doctor lipoma is completely removed but I do still see some bulge on the back of my skull? does not seem like swelling what can I ask my doctor for this bulge, please help?

An examination of you would be helpful to try and determine what is causing the bulge you see on the back of your head after your lipoma removal.  There normally would be some swelling present for a week or so after the procedure, so it is possible your bulge will improve with more time.  It is possible there could be a fluid collection there, but it does not appear so based on your photo.  It is also possible the bulge could just be excess skin.  If you feel the bulge is getting worse, you should see your surgeon.  I would allow more healing to occur and then re-evaluate your appearance.  If you still see the bulge there after a month or so, I would discuss treatment options with your surgeon.
