Dear Sir, I had lipoma removed thru local anesthesia today, it was located in the area on the back of the head and neck, according to the doctor lipoma is completely removed but I do still see some bulge on the back of my skull? does not seem like swelling what can I ask my doctor for this bulge, please help?

Seroma after lipoma removal is a common complication.Keep in touch with your doctor because he know better than any other one how to deal with.Drain and compression is the method of choice.So keep calm and you will see the drainage to becoming less and less during the time.
Of course, there are risks to any surgical procedure. But removal of lipomas, even if located in the temple, is a fairly straightforward procedure. Although I agree that it is f you want it removed for cosmetic reasons, I would encourage you to do so.
Lipomas should be removed as I have never seen or heard of one shrinking and they frequently get bigger, push on nerves and ultimately cannot be diagnosed completely without the pathologist looking at the specimen.
