Lipoma removal and resulting seromas, when can I expect them to resolve themselves?

FrankRizzo11
I had lipomas removed from my chest wall 6 weeks ago, which required drains on both sides. The drains were removed after 15 days and I immediately developed seromas on both sides of my chest. An aspiration was required 10 days later, with the left side draining 120 and the right 90 ml. I began to wear a chest binder afterwards and 10 days later aspiration was only required the right side, which netted 30ml. Is this a normal progression and is the binder masking the true size of my right side seroma.
