My right breast is doing great but my left is a little more painful, I'm 3/4 days post op I have a picture of my bruise from yesterday and today it looks lighter but bigger? Just making sure this is ok. The picture with the yellow hue around it is today

Some mild bruising after surgery is not uncommon and as it appears to be improving likely all is okay. I would follow up with your surgeon to voice your concerns and to ensure all is well. Answer: Bruising after BA Dear chy1410,every surgery will cause bruising. Based on your photos, it doesn't look unusual but it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. I would suggest you to consult your plastic surgeon in case you are concerned. Daniel Barrett, MD, MHA, MS
