Primary rhinoplasty done in Turkey. All i wanted was a smaller version of my old nose Now i have a very different nose. Radix so high, exaggerated upturned tip and very high bridge making it seems unnatural for African American nose. I need help with removing rib grafts from nose and wanted to know if i will somewhat get my original nose or close to it. To top it all my nose id crooked in all pictures and has a dent. Will just removing the grafts restore my nose or close to it?
