I had silicone lip removal on both lips through mucosa and vermilion incision. Lower lip is in need of volume since it looks deflated and some asymmetry. I now have lip filler but still looks deficient. Need advice what to do, looking for a permanent solution like dermal fat graft or lip implant. I'm aware of the pros and cons of both procedures, like dermal fat graft could not be so permanent or tissue might die and become hard, and lip implant could protrude and removal could leave undesirable results. Please advise, thanks.

The largest Permalip implant is 5 mm in width and 65 mm long. My experience is that the 5 mm width often works best because these are small and delicate. Consult with a board certified plastic surgeon for an in person evaluation.
