The ECG attached in this picture was two years ago and I will do another one before my surgery. I just want to hear your thoughts. I do not take prescriptions since my cardiologists did not prescribe any. I have had this since I was in high school and have not confronted any difficulties.

Looking at your pictures, I would recommend you a T-inverted breast lift with implants. In my experience, it is better to choose decent sized implants (300-380 cc) in order to avoid sagging, expanding areolas or wide scars...
The ultrasound may help so you should give it a shot. An exam in person is really the only way to determine if you have a capsule or not. If it is truly a capsular contracture, then a revision will likely be necessary. Best of luck.
