Can I have breast lift and implants if I have prolonged QT?

Thank you for your question.  This is best addressed by your cardiologist or internist, as most of us plastic surgeons have probably not looked at an EKG in a very long time :-).  If there is any concern, your surgeon will probably have you get a preoperative clearance from your cardiologist or have you see anesthesia ahead of time to make sure they do not have any issue with your EKG change and general anesthesia.  Best to arrange with your surgeon.  Good luck.  

if you are not taking any medications and you have no symptoms, then a breast augmentation should not be a problem. You will need to get the appropriate medical clearance from your internist and cardiologist. Best Wishes

Just by you addressing your old EKG I would require a written cardiac clearance from our cardiologist prior to operating upon you.
