In Jan. 2017 I had breast mastopexy periareolar and breast augmentation. In the January picture below post opp things looked good. Now you see my left breast is deformed & I don't think the right one is looking so great either. It's 10 weeks post opp now. My Doctor has set me up with 10 sessions of Aspen Ultrasound. I've had 2 so far. How do I know the implant wasn't damaged? I'm looking for another consult with a doctor based in NYC. If you've done several breast revisions please reply.

Just from the photos, it does look like necrosis is happening. I would suggest that you re-visit your doctor today and have all the tape removed and changed to clarify the situation. "Warm" isn't a very good way to assess viability. The dried blood should all be cleaned off to get a look for any...
Online consultants cannot diagnose a problem from a photo. At 6 months post op it is unusual to experience redness and itching. Contact your surgeon for an in person examination.
