It's not possible to say for sure without seeing a picture, but you might benefit from Botox injections to this area. Typically there is a horizontal line at the top of the nose which is caused by contraction of the procerus muscle. Botox works by relaxing this muscle which gives a softening of the horizontal line. Your main complaint seems to be related to an under projected chin bone. Before you go for a chin implant, you can have an "injection chin implant" with filler material to see if you like it. All the best.
