When doing fillers, how does a doctor know how not to hit a nerve or blood vessel?

Nasolabial folds are the smile lines that look like parenthesis on the side of the mouth extending up towards the nose,. It is normal to have them.

Your forehead movement should be assessed by a cosmetic dermatologist or plastic surgeon.  It would be very simple to try a small amount of Botox to lower your right eyebrow. 

 Hi, a dermal filler should be fine but I would avoid having Radiesse (calcium based dermal filler)in the face if you are going to have a head or face CT.  Radiesse will setup a signal, wherever injected, on the CT scan.  Hope this helps.
