Everytime I look up, my eyes look like they're going different directions? (Photo)

Question

They eye that looks as if its going a different direction is the eye that my eyelid is a little droopy and my eyebrow is lower than the other.. Could that be the reason why? Because im pretty sure my eyes werent like this before when I looked up

Hi.  Unfortunately, I'm not able to tell much from the single picture.  Eye movement disorders are best diagnosed by an in person evaluation by an ophthalmologist.  Depending on the specific cause, surgery may be indicated.All the best,

This can be a hard thing to evaluate with just one photo.  I would start by seeing a board certified ophthalmologist to see if the eyes are functioning properly before considering a referral to an oculoplastic surgeon.  In the office, we can take sophisticated measurements of the eye movements to determine the full extent of the problem.  Good luck!
