Everytime I look up, my eyes look like they're going different directions? (Photo)

This can be a hard thing to evaluate with just one photo.  I would start by seeing a board certified ophthalmologist to see if the eyes are functioning properly before considering a referral to an oculoplastic surgeon.  In the office, we can take sophisticated measurements of the eye movements to determine the full extent of the problem.  Good luck!
