If the scar is fairly small, it may be possible to excise the "railroad tracks" and restitch the incision using a better cosmetic suturing technique to eliminate the stitch marks.
Stitch marks on the eyelids generally fade over time. Overall, the eyelid heals exceptionally well, but you have to give it time. In general, we like to say that it takes about a full year for an incision or cut to heal. If you had debris in there that wasn't cleaned out fully, that might leave more of a mark. I would recommend that you follow up with your surgeon so you get a good idea of what the time course of healing will be for you.
A photo would certainly be helpful, as would knowing the timing of your surgery. Scars can continue to mature over 1-2 years, and eyelid scars in particular can become nearly invisible over time.If appropriate time has passed, your surgeon may consider a surgical scar revision. Laser resurfacing would also be another good option. Depending on your skin type, fractionated lasers like Fraxel or a CO2 laser can do a terrific job at minimizing scar visibility.Best wishes!
A photograph would be helpful. You did not say when the incision was made. It takes a full year for a scar to mature and with time, the scar should fade. If these issues persist, discuss them with your surgeon and you may consider scar revision.

Try to be patient. These things are ereal surgeries and the take time to heal. You did not provide photos but really you need to give this time.
It appears the upper eyelid with extra crease is more droopy (ptosis) with compensatory elevation of the same side brow. You may benefit from ptosis surgery. Best to see an oculoplastic specialist for evaluation. Sometimes filler injection can help camouflage asymmetry.
Hard to tell from this photo, but if you have what appears to be a blister or fluid over the white part, this is chemosis. This is a back up of fluid most likely due to a reduction of the normal lymphatic drainage from the eye after the surgery. It may occur in up to 25% of...
