Are Patient Truthfully Naked During Rhinoplasty?

Before the rhinoplasty surgery patient is asked to undress and put on the gown, compression stockings and socks. Patient can leave his/her underwear and/or bra on.  During the procedure patient is covered with blankets. The operating room is cold and patient’s body is not exposed to lower temperatures and kept worm. At all times patient is treated with full respect and dignity. Do not worry you do not have to be naked! 

Patients are escorted into the operatory with a gown and underwear, and this remains on my patients for the duration of Rhinoplasty Surgery. Hope this is helpful for you.

This would be very unusual. The OR is typically very cold and patients need to be covered with a gown, blanket and often a warming blanket. The only exception during a rhinoplasty would be a procedure where cartilage from your rib is required. This would require uncovering one side of your chest where the cartilage would be removed.
