I have a tummy tuck 11 days ago I'm not taking no more pain med but I m having headaches so I have to take Tylenol even if I don't like to take med but this headaches are killing me so I m wonder how much water do I should drink ?? I'm drinking at least 4 bottle of water of 16.9 oz that s enough or I have to increase it??

Hello,Be sure to let your doctor know your symptoms. As for water intake, the best way to evaluate your hydration is typically the color of your urine. Drink a mix of water and other drinks to keep the kidneys happy and urinating every 2 to 3 hours. Your headache might also be a result of some medications you're taking after your tummy tuck. Speak with your plastic surgeon about your symptoms.

It seems you are taking enough water.You must acknowledge many other causes may trigger the headaches as is anemia, so you should be tested a CBC just to be sure. May be just being under the surgical stress.Ask your doctor.Dr. Cardenas
