Mole on labia majora. Should I consult a dermatologist or gynecologist to get this removed?

Hi i have a larger than normal mole on my labia majora and it has dark circles inside the mole that i'm concerned about. Should i consult a dermatologist or gynecologist to get this removed and looked at?
